When we feel buried under pressure at work, stop everything and take a walk, however short. Outside and inside are just as good. Look around you and focus on your breathing, breathe calmly and slowly.

Giving yourself a 5 minute break from the chaos can help lower your stress levels and you will start to see more clearly and work more effectively.
